| abstract |
It is a plate-changing apparatus 1. The first support shaft 3 is axially supported by the base body 2 about the rotation axis center C1. The 1st pivot arm 4 is axially supported by the 1st shaft 3 so that up-and-down rotation is possible. The second support shaft 6 constitutes a parallel link. The 2nd rotational arm 7 is axially supported by the 2nd axis | shaft 6 about the rotational axis C2. The rotary table 8 which can mount the plate 11 is axially supported by the 2nd rotation arm 7 centering on the rotation axis center C3. The auxiliary mechanism 13 applies upward force corresponding to downward force applied to the first pivotal arm 4. |
