The present invention discloses a thiazolidone spiro pyrimidine trione-based compound, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof, and has the structure of Formula I. Wherein each substituent is as defined in the specification and claims. The thiazolidonespiropyrimidinetrione-based compounds of the present invention have high antibacterial activity in the body and in vitro, are superior in metabolic properties, and remarkably superior to existing similar compounds. |
