According to the present invention, by using the nanostructure material formed by electrospinning the resin at high pressure as the dielectric of the transmission line, the loss tangent value can be reduced in the state where the dielectric constant of the transmission line is small and the dielectric constant is low. In addition, the transmission line using the nanostructure material according to the present invention can be used as a low loss flat cable to reduce the transmission loss of the ultra-high frequency signals of the 3.5GHz and 28GHz bands used in 5G mobile communication (5G Network).
