Selective splicing events in genes can induce unproductive mRNA transcripts, which in turn can lead to abnormal protein expression, and therapeutic agents that can target selective splicing events in genes are functional proteins in patients. Can regulate the expression level and/or suppress abnormal protein expression. The therapeutic agent can be used to treat a condition or disease caused by protein deficiency. |
