The present disclosure discloses compounds that inhibit the VISTA pathway and the PD-1 (eg, PD-1, PD-L1 or PD-L2) pathway, and the TIM-3 pathway and PD-1 (eg, PD-1, PD-L1 or PD-L2) relates to a method comprising administering a compound that inhibits the pathway. The present disclosure also relates to methods of treating disorders by inhibiting immunosuppressive signals induced by VISTA, TIM-3, PD-1, PD-L1 and/or PD-L2. |
