The present invention relates to an ankle band having a dual structure, and more particularly, as an ankle band that is detachably fastened while wrapping a user's ankle, an outer band member and an inner band member fixed to the inner surface of the outer band member and a fastening means provided on the outer band member, wherein the fastening means includes a male velcro tape formed on an outer surface of one end of the outer band member, and the external band member so as to be detachably attached to the male velcro tape.
