abstract The electrode pattern structure of the embodiments of the present invention includes a base layer, an inorganic layer formed on the base layer, and an electrode layer disposed on the inorganic layer and including a conductive polymer layer and a metal nanowire distributed in the conductive polymer layer. The electrode layer includes a non-conductive pattern and a conductive pattern having a lower resistance than the non-conductive pattern and a large amount of metal nanowires. An electrode pattern structure in which electrode visibility is reduced by a conductive pattern and a non-conductive pattern including a conductive polymer layer in common may be implemented.
