abstract |
The present invention relates to a transgenic tomato with high brazein expression and a recombinant expression vector for the production thereof. Using the recombinant expression vector according to the present invention, a high-quality brazzein protein whose sweet taste activity is not denatured is deleted even if the generation is repeated. It can be expressed in a tomato plant expression system that does not do so, and can be mass-produced at low cost and with high efficiency. |
