The dry film 11 is provided with the curable resin layer 12 which consists of a light-shielding curable resin composition containing a polymer resin with a glass transition point of 20 degrees C or less and a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more, a coloring agent, and an inorganic filler. When the thickness of the curable resin layer 12 is X (micrometer), the largest particle diameter of the flock|aggregate of an inorganic filler is X/2 (micrometer) or less. The dry film 11 is excellent in light-shielding property, curvature is suppressed, and can suppress the burr|burr and cutout at the time of dicing. |
