titleOfInvention Mold filling method of fiber aggregate, manufacturing method of molded cushioning body and apparatus for them
abstract A fiber aggregate such as a wedge-shaped object is placed on the molding surface of the air permeable mold while being scanned and placed while the back surface of the molding surface is kept as a sub-arm, thereby producing a filling filler frame. In addition, the mold filling body is thermally fused to melt at least the missing portion of the hot oil point to produce a molded cushioning body.n n n The density and unevenness can be arbitrarily controlled nationally, and the fit and load support are improved, and the initial compression is smooth, but the repulsion property is increased according to the displacement. It can be manufactured with high productivity without causing processing appearance under good working environment.
