abstract The invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) for a vehicle. In order to provide versatile, cost-effective means for connecting a tank of a heat exchanger to a fitting, the invention provides that the heat exchanger comprises: - a first tank (2) and a second tank (9) for a fluid, each extending along a first axis (Z), the first tank (2) defining an inlet tank cavity (3) and one of the tanks (2, 9) defining an outlet tank cavity (4); - an exchanger core (8) adapted for heat exchange of the fluid with ambient air and comprising a plurality of exchanger tubes adapted to guide fluid from the inlet tank cavity (3) towards the outlet tank cavity (4); - at least one fitting (10, 12) with a fitting duct (11, 13) for guiding fluid; and - a jumper pipe (20) connecting one tank (2, 9) with at least one fitting (10. 12), wherein the jumper pipe (20) comprises a plurality of shell parts (21, 22) of formed sheet metal, which are brazed together to define at least one pipe cavity (40, 41) between them, a proximal opening (23, 31) which communicates with one tank cavity (3, 4), and a distal opening (24, 32) which communicates with the fitting duct (11, 13)ofafitting (10, 12).
