titleOfInvention Bio-organic fertilizer for reducing heavy metal cadmium absorbed by rice and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention discloses a bio-organic fertilizer for reducing heavy metal cadmium absorbed by rice and relates to the technical field of agricultural biotechnology. The bio-organic fertilizer for reducing heavy metal cadmium absorbed by rice comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of animal plasma, 0.1-0.2 part of anticoagulant, 0.2-0.3 part of neutral protease, 0.02-0.04 part of aminopeptidase, 8-12 parts of humilic acid, 6-8 parts of silicon salt, 1-3 parts of boron salt, 1-2 parts of iron salt, 1-2 parts of zinc salt, 8-12 parts of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) fermentation broth and 60-80 parts of water. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the bio-organic fertilizer for reducing heavy metal cadmium absorbed by rice is developed by utilizing the animal plasma in the present invention, to develop and reuse the abandoned animal plasma from slaughterhouses, increase the bioavailability of the animal plasma, and reduce the environmental pollution; (2) the yield of rice is increased; and (3) the effect of reducing cadmium in rice is achieved.
