titleOfInvention Diagnosis of progression of epithelial extremity skin trophic cula
abstract Invention relates to the field of medicine and particularly to a prognozing method of healing process of trophic ulcers of lower extremities. The method provides treating ulcer surface with hypertonic solution of sodium chloride for 20 - 30 minutes, preferably by way of covering ulcer with compress, and the following treatment of ulcer surface with 1% ointment of furagin for 22 - 24 hours. Such treatment is administered daily for 10 days course. Favourable process of healing the ulcer is prognozed where the result of 10 days course is appearance of 0,3 - 0,5 cm wide pink epithelium zone along the inner circumference of the ulcer. Absence of such epithelium zone around the ulcer after 10 days course is not favourable for healing the ulcer. The method offered is simple and credible and of the particular value for daibetes mellitus patients.
