The invention relates to 1,3-substituted cycloalkyl derivatives containing predominantly heterocyclic acid groups as well as their physiologically acceptable salts and physiologically functional derivatives. The present invention also relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein the groups have the indicated meanings, to their physiologically acceptable salts and to related preparation methods. The compounds of the invention are useful for the treatment and / or prevention of disorders of fatty acid metabolism, impaired glucose processing and disorders where insulin resistance plays a role. |
