titleOfInvention COMPOSITION OF ISOCYANATE.
abstract The present invention relates to water-dispersed integral film polyurethane foam compositions, molded polyurethane articles, a process for the preparation of such articles, and an isocyanate composition for use herein. Especially, the invention relates to water-dispersed integral film molded polyurethane articles having especially advantageous physical properties, and compositions useful for the production of such articles. Especially, the invention provides a polyurethane composition having an isocyanate component (a), a component that reacts with isocyanate (b), a dispersing agent comprising water (c), a polyether (d) selected from the group consisting of of polytetrahydrofuran and polyethylene glycol, which has an average molecular weight number of 200 to 2000 and, optionally, one or more additives (e) selected from the group consisting of catalysts, chain extenders, oxo alcohols, and mixtures thereof. The composition can be characterized in that the integral film polyurethane articles made from the composition have a tensile strength greater than or equal to 31,635 kg / cm2 and / or a Taber abrasion index (loss mg) less than 200.
