A mixing valve (10) has a control channel (42), to adjust to the ball valve (24), to control the flow ratio and the mixing of the temperature of the mixed water. The ball valve (24) has a pair of grooves (60) and a stem (64), which extends through the grooves (60) of the ball valve (24). Channel (42) has a clamp (80) that extends into the ball valve and terminates against stem (64). The stem (64) is rotated in a cartridge (56), in such a way that the ball is vertically fixed to the cartridge (56) and thus, it is prevented from falling by the open end of the bottom (92) of the cartridge. |
