The present invention relates to a series of mono and disubstituted 3-propyl range aminobutyric acids of Formula (1). The compounds are useful as therapeutic agents in the treatment of epilepsy, attacks of memory loss, hypokinesia, cranial diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, depression, anxiety, panic, pain, neuropathological diseases, arthritis , sleep-related diseases, IBS and gastric injury. Also part of this invention are the methods of preparation of the compounds and the useful intermediates. |
