titleOfInvention | SUBSTANCE OF TRANSPARENT COATING, THERMAL STRENGTH, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE SAME AND ITS USE. |
abstract | The invention relates to a transparent, thermally hardening coating substance that contains each time with respect to (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) 10 to 40% by weight of one ( co) polymer of (meth) acrylate having a number average molecular weight ranging from 1,000 to 6,000 Daltons, a glass transition temperature ranging from -15 to +70 degree C, and a hydroxyl number ranging from 80 to 200 mg of KOH / g; (B) 10 to 40% by weight of a polymer having a number average molecular weight ranging from 800 to 6,000 Daltons, a hydroxyl number ranging from 80 to 200 mg of KOH / g and an acid number ranging from 1 up to 50 mg of KOH / g containing, with respect to polyester, 30 to 70% by weight of cycloaliphatic structural units; (C) 10 to 40% by weight of a blocked polyisocyanate, wherein the blocked polyisocyanate groups are linked to structural units that become flexible which, as a constituent of a three-dimensional network, decreases the glass transition temperature thereof, and ; (D) 10 to 40% by weight of a blocked polyisocyanate, wherein the blocked polyisocyanate groups are linked to structural units that become hard which, as a constituent of a three-dimensional network, increases the glass transition temperature thereof. The invention also relates to a method of producing the inventive coating substance and the use of this substance. |
