TO ACHIEVE HIGHER SELECTIVITY, IT IS PROPOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INVENTION THAT THE DIOLS CONTAIN 5 TO 60% BY WEIGHT WATER, BASED ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT, AND THE TEMPERATURES BE IN THE RANGE FROM 190 TO 270?C.
