The pyridazine derivative has the formula (1), wherein: R1 is alkoxyl, alkylthio or halogen; R2 is H, alkoxyl, alkylthio or halogen; R3 is an alkyl or alkenyl, optionally substituted by hydroxyl, halogen, cyano, cycloalkyl, optionally substituted aromatic or an optionally substituted carbamoyl; R4 is carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, optionally substituted carbamoyl, optionally substituted thiocarbamoyl, optionally substituted amino, or optionally substituted ureido; The dashed line indicates that the carbon-carbon double bond between the 4-position and the 5-position is a single bond or a double bond. Salt of the pyridazine compound of formula (1) are also described. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions that comprise the pyridazine compounds of formula (1) or salts thereof.
