A bicyclic heteroaryl derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof has the formula (I) "A-B" wherein: A is a group of formula (2) and B is a group of formula (3); X and Y are independently NH, N, C or CH such that at least one of X and Y always is N or NH and Z is C or N provided that when Z is N, R7 is H or C(=NH)NH2; R1 R2, R3, R4, R5, R10, R11 and R20 are as defined in the specification; R6 and R9 are independently is H, halogen, cyano, alkyl, haloalkyl, NO2, O-aryl or OR11; R7 and R8 are independently OH, CF3, H, NO2, alkyl, O-alkyl, O-aryl, halogen, cyano, or a basic group with the proviso that only one of R7 and R8 represent a basic group. The compounds are useful for treating or preventing a thromboembolic disorder. |
