A compound formula (I) wherein m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; n is 0, 1 or 2; X represents an oxygen atom or a CH2, OCH2, CH2O, CH2NH, NH, carbonyl or sulphonyl group and Y represents a nitrogen atom or a CH or C (OH) group, provided that when X represents an oxygen atom or a CH2O, CH2NH or NH group, then Y represents a CH group; Q oxygen or sulphur atom or a group CH2 or NH; Z1, Z2, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are as defined in the specification, process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy are disclosed. The compounds of formula (I) have activity as pharmaceuticals, in particular as modulators of chemokine receptor (especially MIP-la chemokine receptor) activity, and may be used in the treatment of autoimmune, inflammatory, proliferative and hyperproliferative diseases and immunologically-mediated diseases including rejection of transplanted organs or tissues and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). |
