Disclosed is a secondary pyrazine amine of formula (I) wherein: A represents an aryl or heteroaryl group, B represents a nitrogen-containing heteroaryl group and R1 and R2 are defined in the specification and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and N-oxides thereof. Also disclosed is a composition comprising said amine and the use of said amine in the treatment of a condition susceptible of being improved by antagonism with the A2B adenosine receptor for example, hypertension and inflammation. |
