Disclosed herein is are 9H-pyrido[2,3-b]indole compounds of formula (I) wherein the substituents are defined within the specification, processes for their preparation, compositions comprising said compounds and uses thereof. Said compounds are useful as kinase inhibitors and are therefore useful in the treatment of cancer, inflammation, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis or transplant rejection in a mammal. |
