Disclosed is a compound of formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, or stereoisomer thereof, wherein the dotted lines are optionally double bonds, and the substituents are as defined in the specification. Also described is a process for obtaining the compound, comprising extracting and isolating the compound from the species Theonella swinhoei.
