titleOfInvention | A method of stabilizing macrolide against degradation in an aqueous pharmaceutical composition |
abstract | medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for topical use as an emulsion for treatment of inflammatory and hyperproliferative cutaneous diseases and cutaneous symptoms of immune-mediated diseases. The composition has a compound of class FK506 taken in amount from 0.01 to 10+ACU- by weight, physiologically acceptable alkanediol, diol ester or alcohol diester containing up to 8 carbon atoms as a solvent of compound of class FK506 taken in amount from 5 to 50+ACU- by weight, unsaturated aliphatic C8-C22-alcohol as a stabilizing agent in weight ratio between compound of class FK506 and unsaturated aliphatic alcohol from 1:1000 to 1:5 and water. Method of treatment of inflammatory or hyperproliferative cutaneous diseases involves application of indicated composition on patient skin. Composition for topical use shows stability, good skin tolerance, high rate of penetration across skin and high efficiency in using. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition, valuable medicinal properties. 8 cl, 2 tbl |
