THE DEVELOPED PROCESS CONSISTES IN THE COMBINED OR SEPARATE USE OF MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY AND THE USE OF SUPERCRYTIC FLUIDS. THE NATURAL CONCENTRATE OBTAINED BY THIS METHOD PRESENTS PROPERTIES ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTI-MICROBIAL WITH POTENTIAL APPLICATION IN THE FOOD, COSMETIC AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES. THE CONCENTRATE MAY BE PRESENTED IN THE FORM OF SOLID, AQUEOUS SOLUTION, EMULSION OR LIPID BASED NANOPARTICLES.
