Peptides with a phospholipase A2-inhibiting activity, whose C-terminal alpha -carboxyl group is protected by an ester or amide function or can be reduced to give the alcohol, are described. The peptides of the formula L - B - A in which L can be absent or denotes a lipophilic radical, B denotes a basic amino acid and A denotes an aromatic amino acid are used as medicines. |
