titleOfInvention | ELECTRICITY PROCESSING PROCESS OF LECLANCHE |
abstract | The invention is part of the "pastelined" Leclanche dry galvanized industry and solves the problem of immobilizing the cathode electrolyte and agglomerate inside the cathode element and agglomerate inside the element by means of a uniformly dispersed cellulosic material (micronized cellulose) in the bulk phase of the basic electrolyte solution with the help of the carboxymethylcellulose solvate and the sodium status of the denathylmethanesulfonic acid in the first concentration of 16.18% and the last two 0.1% and 0.5% by weight, respectively. The process has the following advantages: removal of starch masses, gum powder, peptizers or tanates from electrolyte solutions; requires relatively simple installations; does not require the application of heating processes in the strictures of the element, allows application to large series of production and continuous flow. The paste is stable over time, it does not hydrolyze, does not ferment, does not mold, has a high conductivity and a lower density than starch based starch. |
