abstract The invention relates to a process for the preparation of silicon alloy phenylchlorosilanes: copper in various ratios and monochlorobenzene, in the presence of zinc or combinations of zinc and cadmium or combinations of cadmium at elevated temperature. Phenylchlorosilanes are obtained in a yield of 65-75%.
