abstract Compound of Formula: wherein: - R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C 1 -C 4) alkyl group or (CH 2) nOH, (CH 2) nO-tetrahydropyran-2-yl, (CH 2) n NR 7 R 7, (CH 2) nCN, (CH2) nCO2 (C1-C4) alkyl or (CH2) nCONR6R7 group; - R2 represents a hydrogen atom or (C1-C4) alkyl group; - or R1 and R2 together form a (CH2) 3 group; - R3 represents phenyl a group monosubstituted with hydroxyl, hydroxymethyl, carboxyl, (C1-C4) alkanoyl, azido, (C1-C4) alkoxycarbonyl, hydroxyiminomethyl, (C1-C4) alkylsulfonyl, trifluoromethyl, thiol, (C1-C4) alkylthio or cyano or CH2) mNR'7R10, CONR6R8 or O (CH2) nR9 group; a phenyl group substituted by 2 to 5 identical or different substituents selected from halogen atoms, (C1-C4) alkyl, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl, hydroxymethyl, (C1-C4) alkoxy, carboxyl, (C1-C4) alkanoyl, azido, (C1- C4) alkoxycarbonyl, hydroxyiminomethyl, thiol, (C1-C4) alkylthio or (C1-C4) alkylsulfonyl group or phenyl or cyano group, or with a (CH2) mNR'7R10, CONR6R8 or O (CH2) nR9 group; or R3 represents a benzodioxolyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted on the phenyl group with a halogen atom; - R4 and R5 are identical or different and each independently represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or hydroxyl, (C1-C4) alkyl, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, cyano, ( A C1-C4 alkoxy, (C1-C4) alkoxycarbonyl or (C1-C4) alkylsulfonyl group or an O- (CH2) nNR6R7 or (CH2) nNR6R7 group; - R6 represents hydrogen or a (C1-C4) alkyl group; represents hydrogen or a (C1-C4) alkyl group; - or R6 and R7, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a heterocyclic radical selected from: piperidyl, morpholinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperazinyl or 4-methylpiperazin-1-yl; '6 represents hydrogen or a (C 1 -C 4) alkyl group; - R'7 represents hydrogen or a (C 1 -C 4) alkyl group; - or R'6 and R'7 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a heterocyclic radical selected from morpholinyl or pyrrolidinyl; - R8 represents hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl group or - (CH2) nNR6R7 group; - or R6 and R8, together with an atom to which they are attached form a heterocyclic radical selected from: piperidyl, morpholinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperazinyl or 4-methylpiperazin-1-yl; - R 9 represents a phenyl radical or an amino, morpholin-4-yl, cyano or (C1-C4) alkoxy carbonyl group; - R10 represents R6 or a phenyl, pyridyl or pyrimidinyl group or (CH2) nNR'6R'7 group; - or R'7 and R10 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a heterocyclic radical selected from piperazinyl or 4-methylpiperazin-2-yl; - n represents 1, 2 or 3; - m represents 0 or 1; - Alk represents an alkyl group; in the basic form or in the form of a salt formed by the addition of an acid and in the form of a hydrate or solvate. patent claims.
