abstract Usage: applying polymer protective coatings to the surface of steel pipes intended for underground installation of water conduits, mainly for land reclamation and water supply systems. Purpose: to improve working conditions by preventing the release of heat and harmful substances into the production room and atmosphere, and also to ensure that the invention relates to the technique of applying polymer protective coatings to the surface of steel pipes, mainly thin-walled, intended for underground installation of water conduits for various purposes, mainly for land reclamation systems and water supply. The aim of the invention is to improve working conditions by preventing the release of heat and harmful substances in the coating of pipes outside. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a device for applying a polymer coating to a pipe surface, comprising mechanisms for repeatedly coating and drying the inner surface of the pipes, mechanisms for feeding, dispensing and laterally moving the pipes, as well as a mechanism for supplying pipes to the drying zone, is further provided with a pipe coating mechanism on the outside and a mechanism drying the outer surface of the pipes, which is separated from the application zone. The drying mechanism of the inner surface of the pipes is made in the form of two zones of a gas-tight heating chamber, a fan, a nozzle system for supplying a heat carrier and a heat exchanger pipe to discharge excess heat carrier into the atmosphere. The mechanism for coating the inner surface of the pipe is made in the form of a head and a rod. The pipe feeding and dispensing mechanism is a wheeled roller conveyor equipped with a shifter. The mechanism for supplying pipes to the drying zone is further provided with a stepping mechanism for feeding heated pipes to the second drying zone. 2 ill. water and atmosphere, as well as the ability to cover the pipes from the outside.
