titleOfInvention | TUBE CLAMP |
abstract | The utility model relates to devices for laying products of power supply, ventilation and air conditioning systems and can be used in rooms for various purposes, including mobile and stationary. The technical result consists in the compactness and strength of the design of the pipe clamp, as well as in the manufacturability of its manufacture and assembly. The tube clamp comprises a prefabricated kit consisting of at least two solid cast clips of the same construction with a cover open from above. The lid covers the top of them. The clips are mounted vertically on a supporting structure one on top of the other by a fastening element passed through a central through hole in them. Each of the clips is made with sidewalls; with a centrally located volumetric figure covering a through hole for a fastener; and with oval lodges in pairs located along the width and height of the clip. The axes of the lodgements form pairs along the height of the cage in one vertical plane. The upper pair of lodgements, located along the width of the cage, is intended for laying clamped pipes in them and is divided by a three-dimensional figure into lodges joined to it by their side surfaces. The lower pair of lodgements, located along the width of the cage, is designed to cover clamped pipes. The clips of the prefabricated kit are made in a trapezoidal shape, narrowed downwards, and equipped with a small rectangular base connecting its sidewalls on the bottom of the holder with a through hole for the fastener and covering the pipes with lodgements on its outer surface; as well as transverse stiffeners in the form of crossbars placed in vertical planes passing through the axis of the upper and lower pairs of lodges. Each side of the cage in its width corresponds to the thickness of the cage itself, and in its height exceeds the height of the three-dimensional figure dividing the lodgements for laying pipes. The sides are made in the form of flat plates with an influx strip along the edge of the outer surface, joined to the base, and with another influx along the upper edge of the inner surface adjacent to the nearest pipe-laying tool, with the possibility of forming a clip along its entire width between the longitudinal edge this lodgement and another influx on the inner surface of the sidewall. The cover covering the upper clip holder is made to repeat the shape of the base of the clip. 2 s.p. f-ly, 3 ill. |
