titleOfInvention MAGNETIC NODES FOR PREVENTING SEDIMENT FORMATION
abstract 1. A system for suppressing deposits in a fluid flow path that includes a permanent magnet assembly located along the fluid flow path such that the fluid flow passes through a north-south magnetic field. The system of claim 1, wherein the magnet assembly comprises a rare earth magnet. The system of claim 2 wherein the rare earth magnet is a samarium cobalt magnet. The system of claim 3, wherein the magnet assembly is cylindrical. The system of claim 4, comprising a plurality of magnetic assemblies. A device for magnetic treatment of fluids flowing through the pipeline to prevent the formation and/or settling of solid phase deposits inside the pipeline, comprising an elongated tubular element configured to be connected to the pipeline along the axis, having at the first end an inlet for receiving flowing fluids, and a second end , opposite the first end, which forms an outlet means for the flowing fluid; a cylindrical magnet having a north pole, a south pole, an inner surface and an outer surface; a tubular magnet holding device having a first end, a second end and a flange having an upper surface located between the first and the second ends and covering the elongated tubular element; and a sleeve mounted on a thread at the second end, with the magnet resting on the upper surface of the flange.7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the cylindrical magnet is oriented such that the north pole of the magnet is oriented towards the first end of the tubular body and the south pole of the magnet is oriented towards the second end of the tubular body. The device according to claim 6, in
