titleOfInvention INSTALLATION FOR OBTAINING MELTED IRON
abstract 1. Installation for producing molten iron, including:! at least one fluidized-bed reduction reactor in which iron ore is converted to reduced materials by reduction and plasticization of this iron ore; ! a melter-gasifier, in which reduced materials are charged and oxygen is supplied in such a way that molten iron is obtained in the melter-gasifier, and! a reducing gas supply line supplying a reducing gas leaving the gasifier melter to a fluidized-bed reduction reactor,! where the fluidized bed reduction reactor comprises a gas injector by which gas is introduced into the fluidized bed reduction reactor to remove stagnant layers. ! 2. The installation according to claim 1, in which using a gas injector inject gas in two or more directions that are different from each other. ! 3. The installation according to claim 2, in which the gas injector includes:! a gas supply line through which gas is supplied to the fluidized-bed reduction reactor, and! a series of distribution nozzles that are connected to a gas supply line and through which gas is introduced in directions different from each other. ! 4. The installation according to claim 3, in which the gas injector includes:! a first distribution nozzle arranged perpendicular to the gas supply line; ! a second distribution nozzle arranged perpendicularly to the gas supply line and to the first distribution nozzle! and a third distribution nozzle arranged perpendicularly to the gas supply line and to the second distribution nozzle. ! 5. Installation
