titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING L-AMINO ACID
abstract 1. A method of obtaining an L-amino acid, including:! A) growing a microorganism belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family and capable of producing an L-amino acid in a nutrient medium, and! B) the isolation of the specified L-amino acid from the culture fluid,! while the specified microorganism is modified by introducing a DNA fragment, including:! i) the pho regulon promoter; and ! ii) a structural gene encoding an L-amino acid biosynthetic enzyme ligated behind a promoter in such a way that the gene is expressed under the control of this promoter; and the activity of the L-amino acid biosynthetic enzyme is increased when the gene is expressed under the promoter, and the phosphorus content in the medium is such that the induction of said promoter occurs. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the promoter of the pho regulon is a promoter of a gene selected from the group consisting of genes phoA, phoB, phoE, phoH, asr, argP, ugpB, pstS, psiE and phnC. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the pho regulon promoter contains a pho box. ! 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the value of the concentration of phosphorus in the medium is maintained at a level of 200 μM / L or less. ! 5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the level of expression of the L-amino acid biosynthesis enzyme in the microorganism before its modification is reduced under conditions of phosphorus depletion. ! 6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the DNA fragment is present in the composition of the multi-copy vector or is introduced into the chromosome of the microorganism. ! 7. A method according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family is a microorganism selected from the group consisting of Escherichia bacteria, Enterobacter bacteria, Pantoea bacteria, Klebsiella bacteria and Serratia bacteria. ! 8. The method according to claim 1, characterized by
