The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the reaction is carried out in the presence of a palladium or nickel catalyst. ! 3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sulfonate of general formula (XII)! ! is obtained by saponification of an ester of general formula (XIII)! ! where R1 means alkyl. ! 4. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the ester of the general formula (XIII)! ! is obtained by the interaction of alkyl (Z) -3- (3-butoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) -2-methoxyacrylate of general formula (XIV)! ! with a compound selected from triflic anhydride, mesyl chloride, benzenesulfonyl chloride and tosyl chloride. ! 5.
