titleOfInvention METHOD AND SPIRAL DEVICE FOR GAS CONTACT WITH SOLID
abstract 1. A device for contacting gas with a solid substance for food processing, containing:! a drum having an inner wall coaxial with the inner pipe and defining an annular space between the drum and the inner pipe; ! a gas source supplying gas to the annular space in the gas inlet zone; ! a solids entry point for introducing solids into the drum; ! at least one rotatable spiral element in the annular space, limiting the gas passage in the annular space; wherein ! the device is configured to impart rotational movement to the spiral element to propel solids through the drum. ! 2. The device for contacting gas with a solid according to claim 1, in which the inner tube is a closed airtight volume. ! 3. The device for contacting gas with a solid substance according to claim 1, in which the inner pipe contains holes that allow gas to flow from a gas source into the inner pipe and from the inner pipe into the annular space between the drum and the inner pipe. ! 4. The device according to claim 1, in which the spiral element is attached to the inner wall of the drum and continues radially inward from it and rotates with the drum. ! 5. The device according to claim 1, in which the spiral element is attached to the inner pipe and extends radially outward from it and rotates with the inner pipe. ! 6. The device according to claim 1, additionally containing a distribution device for covering material. ! 7. The device according to claim 1, additionally containing:! the gas discharge zone, where gas is removed from the drum, and! gas conditioning system suitable
