titleOfInvention | METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GRINDING AND REGENERATING RUBBER |
abstract | 1. A device for grinding and regenerating a polymer material, wherein the device comprises a stator and a rotor in close end-to-end interaction with each other, forming an action zone for crushing and regenerating rubber between them, where said stator contains a substantially flat, smooth end surface , and the specified rotor contains a concave end surface with a thickness gradually reduced from the center to its periphery, and additionally contains at least one curved protrusion with a radius of curvature gradually increased from the center to the periphery of the rotor. 2. The device according to claim 1, where the gradually reduced thickness of the concave end surface and the gradually increased radius of curvature of the specified at least one curved protrusion are determined by the conditions: - the condition of the forced and uniform supply of the polymer material within the zone of action for grinding and regenerating the rubber; - the condition of the continuity of the polymer flow material within the specified zone of action for grinding and regenerating rubber. 3. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a screw feeder associated with the stator. The device according to claim 1, further comprising means for adjusting the clearance between the rotor and the stator. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one curved protrusion is formed by a plurality of separate curved protrusions. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a vibrator acting on the stator in a direction perpendicular to the end surface. The device of claim 1, wherein said at least one curved protrusion is formed into a single spiral. The device according to claim 6, where the specified p |
