abstract | 1. An absorbent composite material comprising: a fibrous material comprising a plurality of individual fibers forming a fibrous matrix, and a binder material present in an amount of from about 20 wt.% To about 60 wt.% Of the fibrous material, the fibrous material having a first and second opposing surfaces; a superabsorbent polymer dispersed in the fiber matrix; an absorbent mixture located adjacent to the first surface of the fibrous material, the absorbent mixture having holds superabsorbent polymer and adhesive. 2. The absorbent composite material according to claim 1, wherein the fibrous material is a nonwoven material with a density of less than 0.05 g / cm. The absorbent composite material according to claim 2, in which the fibrous material is a rarefied non-woven material with a density of from 0.01 g / cm to 0.03 g / cm. The absorbent composite material according to claim 3, wherein each of the individual fibers is non-absorbent. The absorbent composite material according to claim 3, wherein each of the individual fibers is selected from the group consisting of polyester, nylon, copolyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polymers of lactic acid and bicomponent fibers, including these materials.
