abstract FIELD: food-concentrates industry. SUBSTANCE: decaffeination unit has extractor, evaporator, condenser and mixer connected to form closed circuit. Mixer is connected with raw material feeding device and liquid carbon dioxide source. Extractor is formed as perforated drum mounted in horizontal sectional casing on hollow perforated drive shaft having sectional cavity. Drum has cylindrical and diffuser parts separated by crimp. Cylindrical part is provided with blades. Casing of section with cylindrical part is formed as permanent magnet with radial poles. Mixer-extractor pipeline is communicated with shaft cavity at the side adjacent to cylindrical part of drum. Extractor-evaporator pipeline is communicated with casing section incorporating diffuser part of drum. Evaporator-condenser pipeline is provided with regulated locking fittings and auxiliary pipeline extending into extractor section incorporating cylindrical part of drum and protruding from extractor through shaft cavity adjacent to diffuser part of drum.
