FIELD: medicine, in particular, treating of burn wounds and wounds of various etiology. SUBSTANCE: dressing has circular knit textile fabric manufactured from cotton filaments. Fabric is covered with complex containing biologically compatible and biologically degradable polymer and drug. Complex is used in an amount of 15-50 g/sq m and applied in equal portions to both sides of fabric.
