FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has ground coffee container, hot water vessel, coffee preparing unit, extractor and device for heating prepared and extracted coffee prior to delivering it to user. Coffee heating device has housing with electric heating line, heating chamber mounted within housing, inlet branch pipe positioned at one side of housing and adapted for directing prepared coffee to heating chamber, and discharge device positioned at other side of housing and adapted for discharging heated coffee. EFFECT: increased efficiency by compensated heat loss in the process of preparing coffee and provision for delivering sufficiently hot coffee. 8 cl, 4 dwg |
