FIELD: medicine, cellular therapy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drug exhibiting the definite composition and quantitative indices of the cellular suspension obtained from native or cryopreserved hemopoietic cells of human embryo liver and/or spleen. Also, invention relates to a method of treatment of patients with AIDS (HIV-infection) by administration of the indicated drug that is taken among the formed tissue bank of different specimens with regard to individual indices of patient being the same preparation is used in repeated administration.
