FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, vitamins. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of vitamin D of the general formula (I): wherein Y 1 means hydroxy-group, C 1-12 -alkanoyloxy-group or optionally substituted benzoyloxy-group; Y 2 means hydrogen atom, C 1-12 -alkanoyl or optionally substituted benzoyl group; R 1 and R 2 form along with exocyclic methylene group; R 3 and R 4 mean independently hydrogen atom, C 1-4 -alkyl; Q means C 1-3 -alkylene substituted possibly substituted at α- or β- position with hydroxy-group that, in turn, can be esterified; R 5 and R 6 mean simultaneously C 1-4 -alkyl; or R 5 and R 6 along with carbon atom C-25 form cyclopropyl group; Z means 5-membered aromatic carbo-or heterocycle, such as phenyl, oxazole, thiazole, furan, thiophene, pyrrole, isoxazole, pyrazole, triazole, pyridine, pyrimidine, possibly substituted C 1-12 -alkylone. Compounds of the formula (I) are useful against diseases caused by hyperproliferation and loss differentiation in cells.
