abstract FIELD: generators of light-sound pulses, applicable for rendering of blinding and distractive effect on aggressively incited creatures. SUBSTANCE: the generator has an active reagent located in an asymmetric body for rendering of a light-sound effect, fuse installed coaxially with the body, means for protection of the active reagent and fuse against the influence of the environment. The body is functionally matched with the means for protection of the active reagent against the influence of the environment and made of polymeric material. An axisymmetric driver containing an explosive charge is positioned in contact with the fuse for initiation of the latter, inside the active reagent coaxially with the body. Besides, an axisymmetric bush of inert material is positioned in the explosive charge of the driver, coaxially with it. The fuse represents a pyrotechnic chain of a spring-loaded striker, safety pin, percussion primer, fuse cord and a detonating cap. Powdered metal or pyrotechnic composition on the basis of powdered metal, oxygen-containing reagent and binder is selected as the active reagent.
