FIELD: veterinary medicine. n SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with sampling smears, their treatment, fixation, pouring and incubation in medium consisted of buffer solution, naphthyl phosphate and neutral strong blue B dyestuff, additional dyeing with neutral red dyestuff followed by qualitative dyeing.
