FIELD: polymer materials. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing composition for flexible tubes designed transportation of crude oil or gas when developing offshore oil and gas deposits, in particular to tube containing polyamide-based layer. Composition contains 70-96% at least one polyamide, 4-10% plasticizer, 0-25% elastomer, and stabilizers - the rest. Polyamide is selected from group including: PA 11; PA 12; aliphatic polyamides obtained by condensation of aliphatic diamine containing 6-12 carbon atoms with dibasic aliphatic acid containing 9-12 carbon atoms; and copolyamides 11/12 containing either above 90% units 11 or above 90% units 12. Elastomer utilized is nitrile-butadiene rubber or hydrogenated analogue thereof.
