abstract FIELD: agriculture, in particular, weed plant controlling process. n SUBSTANCE: method involves treating weedy land with system herbicides possessing soil activity properties; immediately after treatment, mellowing soil on land to 10-15 cm depth and turning soil layer; providing repeated treatment of soil with selective herbicide; forming sod cover by sowing grass seeds resistant to selective herbicide. n EFFECT: reduced probability of weeding land with hogweed and decreased labor intensity and treatment means.
