FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly flexible pipes adapted to transport fluids from offshore oil and gas fields. n SUBSTANCE: flexible pipe has untight inner flexible metal layer, which contacts with fluid to be transported via the pipe and outer air-tight layers including serially arranged inner layer connected to untight inner metal layer. The air-tight layer consists of at least one thermoplastic polymer A selected from polyamides, mixtures including polyamide and polyolefin with polyamide matrix, copolymers having polyamide units and ether units, mixtures including polyamides and copolymers with polyamide units and ester units, ester and polyurethane copolymers, and polyolefin layer. In the second embodiment flexible pipe has inner layer including air-tight layer of thermoplastic polymer A, which is in contact with fluid to be conveyed via the pipe. n EFFECT: decreased methanol penetration through flexible pipe. n 19 cl |
